Joseph M. Gizzi is a Licensed Private Investigator and Insurance Adjuster. Owner and qualifying principal responsible for the completion of comprehension investigations for civil and criminal matters. Investigative experience includes but is not limited to: personal injury causation, scene investigation and analysis, combined liability evaluations, background investigations, matrimonial and custody investigations, pre-employment and pre-marital investigations, surveillance, skip tracing, asset location, process service, auto damage and theft appraisal. Retired Police Officer with experience in Accident Investigations completing numerous investigations involving property damage and personal injuries. Responsible for scene investigation and documentation including the collection of physical evidence, scene photography, and the completion of scene diagrams. In addition to locating witnesses and obtaining statements and completing all required investigative reports. Responsible for enforcement of New York State Vehicle and Traffic Laws as well as Penal Laws. Previous experience includes assignment as a full-time Evidence Technician with responsibilities including crime scene investigation and evidence collection and analysis. Experience in crime scene photography and the collection of latent fingerprints. Previous case experience as the primary Evidence Technician on homicide, robbery, burglary, rape, and other Felony cases. Extensive experience testifying in Supreme Court.
